Service Rates

 Rates based on weekly or bi-weekly service.  Add $25 to 1st cleaning or monthly service(2 weeks or longer between visits)  $ 80 minimum . You pick what rooms need cleaning

Masterbath $15
Full Bath $10
1/2 bath $5
Kitchen $15
Breakfast area $5
Bedrooms $5 each ( $10 includes changing linens)
Family Room $10
All Other Rooms $5 each (living, dining, sitting fromal etc)
Stairs, Hallways, Foyer, Laundry Floor, Closets $10 (add $5 for additional sets of stairs)

**Deep Cleaning Package** Includes regular cleaning service PLUS hand cleaning baseboards, doors and trim, switch covers. Interior windows, outside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and inside of fridge.

2500-3000 Sf ft $300-$350 
3100-3500 Sf ft $350-$400
